Q: How do I book the studio?

You can reserve the studio directly through our website by selecting your preferred date, time slot, and rental package. For special requests or questions, feel free to contact us.

Q: What types of shoots can I use the studio for?

Our retail is available for portraits, headshots, product shoots, branding sessions, content creation, and more. You're welcome to use it for both photo and video projects.

Q: How long can I rent the studio?

We offer hourly rentals, with options ranging from 1 to 8 hours. Need more time? Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Q: What should I bring?

Bring any wardrobe, props, backdrops, or gear you need for your shoot. We also have lighting and equipment available - check the equipment the list when booking.

Q: Can I bring my own props or set pieces?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring props, furniture, or set pieces. Just be mindful of setup and cleanup time, which should be included in your rental window.

Q: Is equipment included with the rental?

Basic lighting and modifiers are included. A full list of available equipment is provided on the booking page. Let us know if you have specific needs.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Photo Booth FAQs

Q: How do I book the photo booth for my event?

You can book directly by filing out the form below. Once we confirm availability, we'll send over a rental agreement and invoice to lock in your date.

Q: What types of events do you service?

We provide photo booth rental for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school dances, baby showers, brand activations, and more!

Q: What's included with the rental?

Each package includes unlimited photo sessions, an on-site attendant, fun props, custom photo template, digital gallery, and setup/teardown. Higher tiers may include prints, special backdrops, scrapbook stations, or additional hours.

Q: How much space is needed for the booth?

We recommend a 10x10 ft area with access to a nearby power outlet. Let us know in advance if your venue has space limitations.

Q: Do you offer prints?

Yes! Our Silver and Gold packages include high quality instant prints. Bronze packages includes digital photos only, but prints can be added on for an additional fee.

Q: Can we customize the photo template?

Absolutely. We'll send you a few design options based on your event theme and colors. You can also request specific wording, logos, and branding.

Q: When do you set up and take down the booth?

We arrive 45-60 minutes before the rental start time for setup and break down everything after the rental ends. This is not counted toward your rental time.

Q: What if my event runs late?

No problem - additional time can be added if availability allows. Just let us know during the event, and we'll invoice you for the extended time.

Q: Are digital copies of the photos included?

Yes! All clients receive access to an online gallery with all the photos from the event. You can download and share them freely.

Q: Do you offer backdrops or props?

Yes, we provide a variety of stylish backdrops and themed props. Our standard white or black backdrop is included with the Bronze package, while premium backdrops and certain props may be available for an additional fee. You'll be able to view options make your selection after booking.

Q: What if we have an outdoor event?

We can accommodate outdoor setups as long as the area is covered and weather permitting. Access to power is also required.

Q: How far do you travel?

We're based in South Scottsdale, and travel within a 10 mile radius is included. Travel fees apply for events outside this area.
